27th July 2009 The pages keeps turning Sometimes I think I'm just a book. Every year there is this one time I would go back to this homepage and write an essay, then delete all my previous blogs. Why delete all my old blogs? Basically, because it's all nearly the same story but on a different timeline, with different characters. The story may sound totally different but at the end of day, the moral of the story is just the same. Exactly how you get Windows, Windows XP & Windows Vista. They all have the same stuff but just updated versions. In order to keep the latest version the old one must be removed. So far, all editions of my "windows" have crashed, lets hope this "Windows Vista" would be the one which won't play me up. In this years story I still have myself as Juliet, and a guy named "Kit" to be my Romeo. Once upon a time.. Samantha had lived a hard life since her parents broke up, she finally got herself together with a nice, modern place of her own, a stable job as a Secretary with good pay in a good location & hoped herself not to fall in love again just yet. She wished not to fall in love again until she's 23yrs old or rich. Which makes her either 2.5 more years to go, or if she wins the lottery. As usual, she never sticks to her plans and decided to join an online dating website. At first she was purely using that site as a joke; an entertainment for herself, until she realised it's quite a nice place to meet new people (as long as your very good at judging people, due to the internet being a very dangerous place. So if any of you out there under 18, please do not attempt the same thing). This is when Kit comes into the story. Their never ending conversations started when this OK looking guy, Kit, decided to message her and asked her about her country. Since he was going there for a holiday and he had no friends there, he would like to make some friends. Samantha realised that this OK looking guy had a great personality and definately cheered her up from her boring work life & fake social life. She wanted to be truthful and honest, she wanted to be the self that she was before her parents broke up. She knew perfectly well not to get close or meet up with internet people as: 1) they are either really nerdy or they are desperate 2) they all turn out to be uglier than the photo or not even the person in the photos 3) they turn out to be proper jerks Never-the-less, she trusted her own instincts this time, rather than playing safe and met up with him. Had some great time together & started dating real soon. After a very long while, she moaned & moaned why they are always on dates & not properly going out. Then on the 23rd July 2009, our Romeo had finally invited her to her favourite high-end hotel continental buffet breakfast and asked her out. Since then, this Juliet has been a very happy, non-available, bunny! Whilst the good news of this new couple spreads, the bad news also reached all the men out there, that they have just been turned down by a beautiful, young, smart woman. From then on, they lived happily.. ever after? ............Stay tuned!
